System and Process
Sales engineering and consulting services are available. After discussions with your sales team regarding customer needs and expectations, we may work with your customer directly. Timelines, contact lists and detailed responsibility checklists are constantly updated.
Communication
Successful review of all Station design, telephony features, voicemail and call-flow options, LAN/WAN integration, house wiring/infrastructure requirements and so on will be thoroughly considered. Agreement amongst all parties allows for complete and proper incorporation into the design of the system. Sales staff and desk project managers within your organization will be constantly briefed and notified of all developments during the course of the project.
Exceeding Expectations
Following the sale of a new communications platform to your customer, the exciting task of determining how to install, program & provide training in the system is required. We work tirelessly to facility a smooth transition to the new platform. We discuss, review, implement and review again all necessary aspects of the new system.
