Our installation services will help integrate the new phone system into any existing network environment. Solutions such the Avaya IP Office are rack-mountable and modular, and will compliment any data room. Working in direct contact with IT-staff, CZ Technologies will help to ensure that the details of your system installation are in-line with your existing technology infrastructure. Moving to a new facility is an excellent time to incorporate new technology. CZ Technologies will help manage the coordinated integration and installation of the PBX and Voice Mail system into the new location. If an existing system is being replaced, it is probably that existing station/extension wiring can be utilized by the new system.

CZ Technologies offers Remote Programming and Support. We'll program your system based on the custom information you provide. We can access your system remotely, or you may upload our programming. We will provide telephone and/or email support to assist in the further customization of your system.

Onsite Installation, Programming & Training
We will bring our expert knowledge and skills to your location and install the Avaya IP Office equipment and software to your specifications, remaining onsite until you and your employees are completely trained and at-ease with your new phone system.
